Week 2

Its been a trying week, to get things done. No excuses, i plugged away, and I think I have my bases covered!

I have learned a lot about myself this week. First, I thought I was a well organized person….but I’m not. What i was, living the typical routine day. The same schedule boring as i was, day in and day out.

Now, even though i have a few more things to do on my plate, I feel much more energized, and I see things differently. I had only 2 major stress episodes this week, much better than 2 a day! Might not seem important, but I have noticed my blood pressure has been better. I can’t put my finger on why, but I’m sure it is part of the process.
